Never have I been more impressed by an estate agent. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication was simply excellent! I have not seen/heard of another estate agency open 7 days per week! In the beginning of the process, to ring up and view a property on a Sunday was outstanding! Not once throughout the entire process, was I not able to get hold of Samantha. I am/was a particularly nervous customer (how stressful is buying and selling?!) but each and every time I had a wobble, my mind was completely put at ease. We cannot thank you enough, we truly believe the only reason we have the house of our dreams is due to the effort, dedication and commitment that Sam and her team have shown. Highly recommended and once again THANK YOU!
